Data Hub

‍The COVID-19 crisis has profoundly changed and increased the needs of people in the immigration system – people who are migrants, refugees and seeking asylum. It has also posed new challenges for the organisations supporting them.

Refugee Action has therefore established the COVID-19 Information and Data Hub to collect and share information about the needs of people in the immigration system and the organisations supporting them. We will publish this information as a resource for others to develop appropriate responses.

Objectives of the Data Hub

Collate and distribute information on the evolving needs of people and organisations within the immigration system, to identify gaps and inform responses by practitioners, funders, campaigners, and capacity builders.

Leverage additional resources into the refugee and migration sector by providing organisations and funders with the needs analysis needed to build a case for support.

Distribute information on resources which will be useful to organisations (on practical tools they can use and access to resources on issues like staff wellbeing, communications and leadership).

Help build connections and an active community of people and organisations working in the field.
