What is the Hub?
A shared space to gather insight on current needs and challenges, and to connect organisations in the sector.
How does it work?
We launch regular surveys focusing on key themes. We then host a Hub call to discuss findings and hear from organisations.
Who is it for?
Anyone working with organisations supporting refugees, people seeking asylum and wider migrant communities. Funders and advocates are welcome.

THEÂ BULLETINS
Introduction
Insight to Action brings together insight from migration and refugee organisations across the UK to better understand the challenges we’re facing and highlight examples of effective practice. Through regular Insight Hub surveys, calls, and shared learning, the programme produces bulletins and connects organisations so they can strengthen their responses to emerging issues, to improve services and enact positive change for their communities.
The partnership
The Hub was established by Migration Exchange, NACCOM and Refugee Action in April 2020, in response to a lack of sector-wide data collection. Refugee Action’s Expert by Experience and Partnerships Team convenes the Hub, using its experience in connecting organisations.
